1,026,700 .
I encoded his play to a .mp4 file and uploaded it to the net .
You will be able to see all of his point pressing techniques .
I am sure this will help alot of the players here to UP their scores a little .

Here is an update , I have a Donkry Kong Jr. machine and have been practicing on that machine trying to get the record but am unable to reach the record , My highest score is 443,700. I have been trying to beat the world record on MAME for level 1-1 . on Donkey Kong [US SET 1] of 11,300 set by Joe Cain . im close i can get 11,000, thats good enough for second place but ill keep trying till i can get the record .

Finally after a long search i have aquired an original Donkey Kong machine . I plan to restore it back to it's old glory .

THE PLAN

BELOW ARE THE RULES FOR SUBMISSION TO TWIN GALAXIES FOR DONKEY KONG . Since I have small children and cannot travel to competitive gaming venues to be verified by a referee , I'll first submit A VIDEO in the 900,000's . Once I'm on the board and have a verified submission,ill then have to make an attempt to have a referee see me play live. Then,I can make a record attempt.

Variation: Points [Hammer Allowed] [Default,TGTS] Platform: Arcade Rules: Dip-Switch Bank:  1-7 = OFF  8 = ON/OFF [Upright/Cocktail] Note: The above Dip Switches, are not only the FACTORY DEFAULT settings, but are also the correct Twin Galaxies Tournament Settings for this title and will provide the following settings; Number of Jumpman: 3  Score Level for Extra Jumpman: 7,000 Points Added 02.15.2008: All submissions for scores exceeding 1,000,000 points must be video recorded (no live feeds), and they must also be witnessed by Walter Day or a Senior Referee. Since board certification is not yet widely available, players scoring under 1,000,000 points are not required to have their boards checked for their ROMsets. However, players exceeding 1 million points must have their boards certified by Twin Galaxies. This requirement is necessary to prove that gameplay employing advanced "point-pressing" has been achieved on regulation boards. Note: these verification requirements are subject to updates based on the continuing research and experience of Twin Galaxies and its Referees and Technical Advisors.

I will use this to Attempt the Arcade World Record!

I bought the below donkey kong JR. machine from an AD on craigslist .  It functions good , but i had to replace the power cord and a sound board and the T-molding for a total cost to me of $300.00.  I have been in search of a donkey kong board .

As soon as i get  a donkey kong board ,  

ITS ON LIKE DONKEY KONG!

As far as I know , I am one of only a handful of people in the world that can achieve this .

The all time world record for donkey kong is 1,050,200 set by Billy Mitchell .  The M.A.M.E (multi arcade machine emulator)  world record on donkey kong is  917,600 by Ross Benzinger   .  So now i'll need submit a score to Twin Galaxies .
